I have a 322 receiver that i am going to try to use for tailgating this year. It is not installed in my house, just sitting in a box in the closet. But i am not sure what the easiest way to wire it at the tailgate party.

I have power at our spot and i want to use the receiver to control two tv's. I have a dish 500 with a pro plus twin lnb. Can i run a splitter or diplexor so that i only run one cable from the lnb to the receiver or should i run two cables from the lnb to the receiver. The tv's will be sitting side by side.

How can i wire this the easiest?

Do i have to pay the additional receiver fee to activate it if i own the receiver? Thank you very much for any help.

i have been searching and may have found my answer. I can run one coax line from the lnb to the receiver if i use a dpp plus separator at the receiver. Then i run one coax from tv1 output to a tv and then a coax out of tv2 ouput to the second tv. Is that correct?

You must use a device called a "separator". They go for $7 on eBay.Do i have to pay the additional receiver fee to activate it if i own the receiver?Absolutely.

Technically, tailgating is in violation of your service agreement on at least two points, so don't give any specifics to Dish Network about what you're doing.
