View Full Version : WWE Raw on USA looking terrible...
I have never seen picture quality this bad on *D was just wondering if anyone else has the same problem.

You beat me to this by a few minutes. I was wondering if it was just me. Whats up with this picture? Looks like its a really bad bootleg you'd download online :lol:
I seriously hope this is a WWE problem since it is Live and not a D* problem. Well since I'm not the only one I guess I'll live with it.
Hate to say it Jazzy Jeff but I am glad to see it is not just me. :)
At least it isn't my TV or HR20 going bad ...
It does look like a bad bootleg download, lol

That was the first thing that I thought about too, oh great my HR20 is a gonner, or my dish is out of alignment.
At least I'm not alone, its even crappy looking on my 27 inch crt tv, and that is unheard of. :lol: I think someone forgot to turn the Religous channels bitrate down, or is it that they blew up a thumbnail image of the program. Oh well rest assured its not just you :).

The original Doink was "Maniac" Matt Borne, the twin Doink that was added later on was Steve Keirn better known as one of the Fantastics and Skinner of WWF fame. The Doink most everyone remembers was played by Ray Apollo and also played by Steve Lombardi aka The Brooklyn Brawler at times, I'm not sure who is playing Doink right now as I'm not as up on wrestling as I used to be.
i finally watched it and it looked really bad. but ECW look good, what happened, you can see the pixles even on an sd tv.
but i noticed a lot of stuff on usa looks bad on my hr20 (720p stretch). walker texas ranger and a lot of other shows on usa look really bad IMO. is D* over compressing USA NETWORK??

I was watching a NASCAR race from California Motor Speedway a few years back, and about midway through the race, the audio popped and it sounded like it was coming off of a phone line... The video was comparable to a low-bandwidth RealPlayer stream.
Come to find out, the Fox team had technical issues with their broadcast uplink, and had to send the signal back to the network via some sort of backup connection.
Could be what happened to RAW?
