Problem with signal

I have a strange problem with the signal on a RCA box at the end of a long run. I get signal loss from half of my transponders. The odd thing is that when i change the channel on my Phillips box downstairs the box that I have the signal loss on gets the signal back. Any ideas what might be causing this?

Sounds like a coax problem to me, Tibruk ,I would check all your connections and if that doesen't fix, put the Phillips where the RCA is now and see what happens. also you are using RG6 cable right ?
