Help! I can't seem to order the NEXTEL Prelude to the Dream for tomorrow night... I tried to order a few weeks ago only to find out that I couldn't order yet, so I just got around to it today. I can't figure out how in the heck to order it on my R15 (POS, but that's another story for another forum) When I go to the channel it is supposed to be on, I get a blank screen and that's it. I can't find a "go here to order" channel like I see for Sunday Ticket and other events.

So, I went to dtv.com to order there... It shows up in the list of upcoming events, and when I click on order, i get a page saying "Sorry, but we can't locate this program in our records. Please try again or call Customer Service at 1-800-531-5000 to order."

So I called the number. I tried to do the automated thing, but they wanted to charge me $1.50 to do it via the auotmated system. So I wanted to talk to a human instead and tell them that I didn't think I should have to pay when I can't do it on my own, no matter how I try to do it... Not so much that I need that $1.50 or anything, just a matter of principles. They tell me they can take care of it and it's at 9:00pm, Eastern Time tomorrow with a replay at 11pm. I'm looking at Directv.com and it says it's on at 7PM... HBO is putting it on and they say it's at 7:00PM...

So, if I call them back and order, will I be staying up all night to watch a replay, or will I get the live event? I've only been with DTV since November, but it seems like the deal with Directv is you call about 10 times and then take the most common reply as the right one... I'd rather not call that many times in the next 24hrs, so can anyone help me out?

Thanks in advance!
Jeff

Oh God... Sorry for the long-winded post everyone.. I figured out the problem. DTV's site is functionally about as good as my company's site, and by that I mean my 3 year old could do better! What I thought was a line dividing events is really just an arbitrary line in the middle of the page that makes it appear as though the "order now" button is above your event's listing, when in fact it's at the bottom, below the divider and right above the next event.

I was trying to order an event that I believe has already passed (some sore of MMA fight). Oh well, I'm all set now!
