How Long D* customer?

Seems like this was brought up before, but I could not find it after doing a search. Is there a way to look at your account on the D* website to see how long you have been a D* customer? I really don't want to call and sit on hold to find out.... Just curious.

If you look under your orders you can see when you first setup was done.

Well, that would only work if:
1) You actually had DirecTV install you
2) It was in the past couple years they have had that system.

They have no record of me installing my brand new $700 basic Sony receiver and single LNB setup 11 years ago. ;)

The systems at DTV seem to have changed numerous times since my account was activated in 1997(ish).
