Disable Channel Preview (PIP)

Is there anyway to disable the "channel preview" that is still viewable even when I am in menu mode or looking at my playlist? It is convenient sometime but I hate when I see the live score of the baseball game I am recording and want to start watching from the beginning.

Other hints or tricks would be appreciated.

No. It is on the wish list to give you the option to turn it off if you want. We don't know if it will happen or not.
