Dish Locals in Charlotte Down

My local channels here in Charlotte, NC are down. Screen says that Dish is experiencing technical problems. Problems with the spot beam? Anyone else loose their locals?

Raleigh was up this morning (we're on the same spotbeam) - did you call Dish to report it ?

They're back up now, I tried to call Dish but they came back on while I was on hold.
