No HD for Next Food Network Star

I really wish they were showing this HD. This would be a great showcase for HD with all the colors/textures of the food.

Oh well, maybe next time.

My wife and I had the same feeling. We were really disappointed to see that it wasn't in HD.

I'm continually disappointed that new shows on Food Network aren't shot in HD and simultaneously broadcast on both networks. In some cases, they do shoot the shows in HD, but simply don't air them. Unfortunately, it doesn't do anyone any good if, say, the latest Food Network challenge is shot in HD, but isn't aired on the HD channel until, say, 6 months later.

I couldn't agree more.

I've finally started watching the Bobby Flay Throwdown show now that they've finally started showing it in HD.
