Possible D10 Launch Delay?

I was just reading on MSNBC an article about the computer problems they are having with the space station. In the article, it mentions that they are considering moving up the launch of a cargo ship 2 weeks to July 23. If thats the case, that would be less then 2 weeks after the D10 launch and the cargo ship may be given more priority to get ready and launched. Aren't they launched from the same launch complex??

The same complex, yes...just as Delta and Atlas/Centaur launches, like the Space Shelter, all launch from Cape Canaveral. But just like the Cape, there are commercial and governmental sections. The ILS facilities are not the same ones used for ISS resupply launches.
