Does CIS know about the HR20-100?

Hello,

I have a rather warm media cabinet and was hoping to get a HR20-100 (rather than a -700). When I called CIS to have that noted on my work order (Wednesday install), they rep said that the 700 was the newest model. Are the reps trained to know about the -100? Should I call and try another rep?

You can try calling again but I don't think it is going to help. A few members have tried to request a model and they were told whatever the installer has that is what you will get.

+1. The agnets should know of the HR20-100's existence but even still there is know way to specify which model. You may have better luck searching at local retailers and then just calling D* for the install.
