Locked Event?

Why would a show i schedule to record which is house hunters on HGTV, when i pull up my dvr list it shows up as locked event?? when i access it i have to enter my password to get to that event. is there a way to disable that or not make it a locked dvr event??? Is it because on tv 1 i have the SD channels locked out on my choices???

If it is on a locked channel it will show as a locked event. :)
