Searching for signal on the off-air tuner

I am watching something on my local Fox station, but the box saying Searching for signal on the off-air tuner 771 won't go away. I have looged at the signal meterand its good. Anyone know how to get rid of it?

Try resetting/rebooting your DVR via the Setup-Reset menu, or the red button behind the front pane access card door.

The Guide data may be wrong for that channel, if it has always been that way for you. The data provided by D* (through another company) determines what frequency the HR20 is tuned to...if it's wrong, you will get this precise error. I have it on a channel that I don't care about and it's been over six months and they still haven't fixed it.

(maybe I read it wrong, are you getting a picture with a 771 error...or is it blank with 771 error? If the latter, then what I said above is correct, if it is the former, I have no idea...I've never seen it before.
