I have a ViP211 receiver. I receive my local digital channels using a Channel Master CM4228 UHF antenna on a tower with a rotor. Two of the HD OTA channels I receive have a signal drop out problem. (Flint, Mi Ch. 12 and U of M Ch. 28) I receive both of these channels at 90 to 100% signal strength. Every few minutes either the picture will become pixilated or I will lose the signal completely. When the receiver acquires the signal again, the signal is back at 90 to 100%. I have tried moving the antenna so I don't receive the signal at such a high signal strength. I also have talked to people in my area who have either a built in digital tuner or they use a separate digital tuner box. They do not have the problem of signal lose. I don't have a signal lose problem with the other HD OTA channels in my area. Even though, I receive some of those stations at lower signal strength. I have contacted channel 12. Their rep. said they are not having a problems with their digital transmitter. Dish tech support suggested I try replacing the ViP211 receiver. I have since replaced the receiver. I am still having this same problem. Is there anyone out there that can shed some light on this subject?

I guss I will have to set back and wait for Dish Network to come up with a fix. At least I can stop bugging my local broadcaster. Thanks again to all. This is a great web site. I wish I would have known about it a couple of months ago.
