Recording deleted by user, code 1001?

Recorded Wednesday night's American Masters Paul Simon tribute on PBS, OTA HD. Was in my Play List yesterday during the day. Went to watch it last night, and it was gone! Checked History, and it said show was deleted by user, "code 1001". I know I didn't delete it, and the disk is only 50% full.

Fortunately, it's on again this morning. Anyone else see anything like this? /s

I had an incident that might be related. The unit was recording America's Got Talent, which was a series pass. Before that program started, my wife had recorded Access Hollywood, which is on the same channel. About halfway through the America's Got Talent, we decided to start watching it. When I tried to bring it up from the playlist, I got a blank screen and the time bar was stuck at the beginning of the program. The unit didn't respond to commands except for rewind, which strangely caused it to jump back to the beginning of Access Hollywood and freeze there.

If I just tuned to the channel, I got America's Got Talent live, but any attempt to rewind or jump back got me the frozen Access Hollywood screen.

Later, I soft rebooted, and the recording was missing from the playlist. I'm assuming it was corrupted somehow, but I don't know why. I haven't checked history - I'll do that when I get home tonight.
