Universal HD Monk-CBS interference

I recorded Monk Sunday night, 7/1/07, off of the Universal HD channel. When I went to watch is later, a CBS station in HD kept breaking in and out during the episode. Anyone else notice this? What could cause that to happen?

And yet another problem with 129 TP 27... Cinemax HD, A&E HD problems have shown up on other threads. I'm seeing problems on all three. All share TP 27 and go flaky at the same time.
