Wondering what makes the Dish address qualifier change every so often. My address has gone from a white area (about 1 1/2 years ago) to only qualify for two networks (about six months ago) to now qualifying for three networks. And as others have pointed out, sometimes an address right next door is different as is my case. The house right next to mine has always qualified for all networks - till today - it qualifies for NONE now!! Anyone know why this is?
