Anyone have any experiences with one yet? I am thinking of replacing my TB Santa Cruz with it.

Not heard anything yet. I'd suggest you hold off replacing your Santa Cruz till you're POSITIVE! Given how much better the Santa Cruz is than the Audigy, and how bad Creative products and Creative drivers are - I'd say you should hold onto your SC:)

I would check into copy protection measures on the new Audigy2. While I'm not familiar with the details, I've read reports that the card has strong built in copy protection measures.

I'm not suggesting pirating materials, but technology that makes it impossible to exercise your legitimate rights may be something you wish to avoid.
