Am I able to get Starz HD in Hawaii? The CSRs seem to think so, but I don't. I think the only sats I see are 110 and 119. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks

Sorry, Starz HD is only on 61.5° and 129°. Neither is visible from Hawaii.
(61.5° because of the horizon, 129° because of the footprint.)

My personal opinion is that will change at the end of the year after the launch of E11 (scheduled to be in service December 15th).

Actually, 129 is visible in Hawaii. E5 was built with "lobes" off the CONUS beam that hit Alaska and Hawaii, they are not true spot beams.
However, with the stability problems that E5 has plus the use of larger dishes, Dish won't authorize the Dish HD packages from 129 in Alaska and Hawaii.

I doubt if E5's lobe comes anywhere close to Hawaii. The satellite was designed with 110° and 119° in mind ... not 129° (which is another of the reasons why it does not perform well around the edges of the country, such as Southern Texas and Florida).

Actually there are several people in Hawaii including a Dish Dealer that post on AVSForums that use 1m+ dishes and get signal strengths in the 70's from 129.
I personally have swung a 30" dish from 110 to 129 for "testing" and had many tps. locked in the 50's.
The problems though are similar to those in the Pacific Northwest, where the wobble causes the signal to fluctuate and lose locked signal.
