I just ordered a HR20 yesterday and I forgot to mention to the CSR that I'll need a 5LNB dish as I only have a 3LNB right now. Do they automatically bring a 5LNB out for HR20 installs? Is there anything else I'd need other than the newer dish? Thanks in advance.

They should. But you should double check with DirecTV and/or the local installer just to be sure.

If your lucky the installer will have one on the truck but will require a work order change to be made .... typically the installer will only install (have) what the work order calls for

I would call back to make sure like litzdog said and like aim2pls said if it is not on the work order the installer will not install it. Also if you have a multi-switch that will need to be replaced by a Zinwell WB68. It is a free upgrade but you need to make sure that is on the work order also.

I was in the same boat recently but luckily the installer had a 5LNB and said that's all they install now.

You may be also able to check Directv.com and see your order there, although some cannot see there order. If you click on "My Account", on the right side of the screen(assuming you are logged in) and down towards the bottom, click on "View Orders", you may see you order details there. On mine, it specifically lists te 5 LNB dish on the order.
