I am living in the Seattle area. I have a 5 dish lnb. i don't have any problem to receive sat 99 (100% signal on 2 transponders), sat 101 (average signal +95), sat 110 (average signal +95), sat 119 (average signal +95), sat 103 (7 transponders activated on the HR20, all reading 0). I think the 0 reading for sat 103 is normal, or i don't receive any signal because of spot beams, or i think it's software bug on the HR20.
Ok my question is, how do i know if my dish is properly aligned on sat 103 (which will get Directv10 soon).
If i receive all the other sats correctly, i shouldn't have any problem to receive sat 103?
How can i tell if my dish is properly set on sat 103?
I am just concern about the fact that i receive all other sats correctly, but not sat 103 now. My dish might be correctly aligned on sat 99 but not on sat 103, and of course i have no way to know that it's the case right now because of all 0 reading and/or software bug
Thanks for your help

If you're aligned for the 99-deg satellite, then you should be fine for the 103-deg satellite. We don't have any 103-deg spot beams aimed at Seattle, so I only get a weak (~40) reading on one of the 103-deg spot beams (transponder 4 I think).

You should be fine.

I get a 69 on transponder 3 on 103 in Seattle, but as litzdog911 stated, at this point in time it doesn't matter because we don't get any programming.

When the D10 satellite is actually placed in service, then you should see other 103 transponders working.

Yep, Carl's right .... I get ~47 on 103-deg transponder 3. No readings on any other 103-deg satellite transponders.
