So I get the email that I must get the 622's to replace my 921's or I will lose lots of hd content. Get an appointment for installation, wed between 12and 5. 7 clock guy shows up with wrong work order and wrong equipment. New appointment friday between 12 and 5 with sincere appologies. Guess what , complete no show and no call. 45 minutes on hold and new appointment for wed. 50 dollars off my bill. Big deal, I told them just ship me the receivers and the new switch,but no, can't do that.

I'm sorry they missed you (or flat out refused to see you) but Dish has to install the new HD Orbits (something that the average customer CANT do and something even the most advanced customer SHOULDNT do)

Furthermore, the system isn't build to ship dish kits without some overwritting muscle and good luck getting anyone to ship you a kit..... it simply wont happen....

As for the tech missing you... escalate to their FSM. That'll send a fire up their rear.
