Could you repeat your question in American English with proper grammar and spelling?

With name based recording features on the 622 , it will not record two shows of the same thing unless you override the timer and hit restore on the second timer. It considers the second show of the same thing a repeat and such it is already on the hard drive. IT thinks you made a mistake. Why would you need two hd copies of the same thing anyway?

If I understand the question properly, this is the answer.

I'm pretty sure none of us understand the question properly just yet.

It sounds like he is saying he set two different timers for two different channels at two different times on the same night, but that his receiver only recorded one and not the other.

Without more information and a clearer understanding I'm not sure I can offer much in the way of an answer. There are any number of a dozen possibilities given the small amount of info we have and the unclear nature of the post.

YEs I agree if we can't understand what he is asking in ENGLISH , then we won't be able to give him the right answer.

It reminds me of yesterday when I tried to talk to "Betty" a foreign csr with DIRECTV . I couldn't make heads or tails out of what she was saying about a billing issue - Yes one week with them and I have an issue. I finally said transfer me to CANCELLEATIONS. SHe did and an AMERICAN who spoke in ENGLISH was able to explain the error and answer my problem. Maybe we should press #1 for AMERICAN -ENglish when we need to talk to a csr about billing issues.

I would look at the history of the DVR Recordings. Usually it will say if something was skipped or will be skipped.
I noticed that sometimes if you have "2" minutes over or early, it can cause some issues. If someone is watching TV tv and the recorder kicks in, they can also cancel.

So I would look and see what tuner is being set and if there is an overlap and would watch to see what is happening once.
