I will be moving into our new home next month and will be having a 5lnb installed the day after closing. I will be having 4 sd units, and a new hr20. Is it easier to already purchase the hr20 before the install from Best Buy or let the installer bring it? Also, do I have to request the WB68 when I set up my install?

Make sure DIRECTV has the WB68 on your work order. You could do buy it from a retail store or get it from DIRECTV. If you get it from DIRECTV you may be able to get a deal on it.
