Need Help with moving

Ok I have to relocate just about 3 miles from where I live currently. I mved here in November and now my lease is up. D* has informed me that I will have to pay $199 movers fee because I had a move last year. Also that if I want another HD reciever that I will need to pay for it but they want me to replave my H10 when I move. Does anyone have any advice about this. I have been an A list customer for years and don't think I should have to pay for the move. I will pay for the reciever with no problem.

I free move a year. Thats the rules. Do the move yourself this time, and then upgrade your box down the road. Or another option is to pay for the move and negotiate for the H20/HR20 upgrade to occur at the same time of the move.

One other option is to suspend your account until November and go with cable or OTA in the meantime. Then "move" in November. You should be able to get a $19.99 HR20 at that point.

Ok well they waived the $199 fee and I upgraded the HD DVR (my 3rd) for $199 with $100 istant discount. I believe in the end they got it right. I appreciate the info and idea guys since I am new to the forums so I wasn't sure what kind of response I would get. Thanks again
