DFW area install?

well I just had my third failed install attempt because of a lack of proper equipment on the truck (this time it was the 6x16 switch that they didn't have on Tuesday and which I confirmed they had yesterday). The last 2 times have been thru Digital Satellite Systems, Inc.

For those of you with successful installs in the DFW area, do you remember who did the install?

I didn't think DIRECTV supplied the 6x16 multi-switch. I thought if you need more then 8 outputs they used 2 WB68 (6x8) unless you wanted to buy one from some where else on your own.
