Free Second Dish for Me Too?

Say I have a Washington DC physical location address and a second home in Myrtle Beach, SC as a billing address with E*. Can I get the free second dish install for the rest of the DC locals at the SC address? Do they look for a DC installer or do I need an installer at all?

They will not send an installer to SC for a DC second Dish install. The good news is that if you get the equipment somehow, the channels will just be there. You don't need to call to activate the additional locals at 61.5.
