Recently I have been hearing more HR20-100s being installed and mine today was a -100 so I wanted to see if it is evening out since Pace had a head start but by the results it looks like RCA is catching up rather quickly.

not looking good for the acuracy of polls.. we know that there are alot more 700's than 100's...Currently 91 HR20-700s to 52 HR20-100s in use per the poll. I agree ... it's probably not truly reflective of the actual distribution of receiver models.

Have a HR20-100, manufactured 6/23/07, but it has a bad OTA tuner #2. They just sent me a refurbished HR20-700 overnight freight. It's got bad audio crackling sound. Do they check these out? Immediately deactivated and reactivated the -100 and they are supposed to be sending a 3rd unit now.

I wish I could ask for a new -100. I like the look and feel of it better, and all I want is for it to work per the spec!

1-HR20-700 Jan 2007 delivered by installer, had bad 2nd OTA tuner, replaced with HR20-700. Then 30 days later (Feb), this one had bad 2nd OTA tuner so was sent another HR20-700. Third time has been a charm. (is that the kiss of of death cuz I typed that?)

Got my 2 FREE ones 01/07:DI got my first one free, and could have gotten TWO HR20's free at the time, but they wanted to take my HR10s and I wouldn't let them. The HR10s will become high-capacity SD receivers when the MPEG2 HD stream is eventually shut off. :)

2 HR20-100s in Apr 07 -- Replaced by 2 HR20-700s in less than a month when both of the HR20-100s required repeated resets in order to receive MPEG4 RSN HD broadcasts. No problems with HR20-700s.
