It took three calls to DirectTV before I got a CSR willing to help - I spoke to Tamika and explained that I wanted to get a H20 receiver and that I really didn't want to have to pay for it - she checked my account and said she couldn't do anything but she would check with her supervisor - she came back and said she could sell me the H20 on a "three pay" of $33 each and immediately credit back my account for $99 - I ended up paying shipping and tax - will be about $26 total - I expressed my extreme gratitude for her help and then asked to speak to the supervisor - told him how helpful Tamika had been and that I appreciated their service - he seemed startled that I complimented them and said he would pass my comments back to Tamika - maybe that will help a little for the next guy
