Very odd, and I'm not 100% sure when it happened.
--all channels I refer to are HD in this post--
One note early on: I have an SWM, not sure if that effects anything.
I have HBO, Showtime, and HD access. I noticed yesterday that on 70&71, I get the "channel not purchased" message. On ESPN or ESPN2, I get 'not available in your area', regardeless of what is on. The rest of the 70s, I get a blank screen. Tried rebooting, tried RBR, tried in conjunction with resending the auths for my stuff. All bupkus.
About a week or so ago, I moved the PI from close to the SWM to close to the HR20, to guarantee the 15' min distance (I probably should have posted it there, too, but I've been very busy lately, sorry.) I think that those channels were working after I moved it, but not 100% sure. more like 98% sure. I called tech support, he did something on his end, and had me RBR [b[again[/], and that didn't help. He put me on hold to 'research', and while on hold, I got disconnected.
I almost always get disconnected when i call D* and the call takes > 10 minutes. I am NEVER mean, I don't ask for handouts, I don't think I get hung up on, I just think their phone system is poo
My signal strength looks to be OK. Not everything is 90s, but most are, and no patterns of missing signals. All other channels are OOK, including my local HD channels.
Ideas?
