Question about the 721 remote

I dont know if i missed it when looking through my manual, but what are the dish button and the the other red button across from it for on the 721 remote?

The dish button will launch the interactive features like it already does on the 501, but since the 721 does not have those yet, it does nothing. Dish told me the 721 will be upgraded eventually. Your guess is as good as mine when it comes to how long eventually is.

The red button, I believe, will launch internet features when it is available in a future upgrade.

So, both do nothing right now.

Probably won't happen for a while. They would have to port OpenTV to Linux (more like write an emulator for it since OpenTV is itself an OS) and that's very likely to take a looong time
