Show would not Play

I go to the list and select a show, press play and the delete now or do not delete message pops up. It does this on every show I had in my list. I did a reset and then they played, BUT I am getting tired of resetting this thing every other day. I have had this HR20 for just over 1 week and I have reset this thing more than I did my HR10 in a year. Will it ever get better ??

you may consider or try to redownload and install the national release for your hr20. press 02468, on your remote, when you see the welcome screen and let it redownload the software. it's possible something got corrupted the last time it downloaded or if you have only had it a week its possible it's on some older release.
