Not sure if the title accurately reflects what I am trying to figure out. Last night was my first full night with the HR20.
Here is the scenario I had last night:
Recorded the Angels/Mariners game on Channel 96.
Was flipping back and forth between that and live tv.
I padded the game an extra hour, but the game ran over that.
Since there is a 90 minute Live TV buffer, I thought I could flip over to that tuner, rewind and finish watching the game.
However, when I flipped to live tv, it was on the channel I had last watched while recording the game, not the game itself.
When I changed channels to 96, the game was already over and I could not rewind.
With the HR10-250, I could flip to the other tuner, the one that was recording the game and watch whatever was in the buffer.
Is there a way to access that "Other Tuner"?
Or is this related to Dual Live Buffers?
Hopefully I have explained this in a way that everyone understands.
I know we don't have Dual Live Buffers (yet hopefully), but the system should be smart enough to know it was recording that channel and when I change to that same channel, it should still be buffering.
