Guide issue

For some unknown reason (software upgrade?) my hr20 tivo now shows the channel list without going through the "filters"....how can I make my H20 do the same? Somebody please help me out!

As for your H20, you will need to wait for a software update, but I don't know what version will include the one press guide that took a long time to come to the HR-20 [non TiVo]

On the HR20, first-click functionality of the Guide button is managed from the DISPLAY option. Go to MENU > Help & Settings > Settings > Display and you'll see an option for Guide Press.

Like VOS said, no idea when the H20 gets it, but DIRECTV is currently testing the Guide Press options on the R15, so it will most likely make it's way to the H20 someday...
