Mesia Sharing Issues

I am having a rough time with the media sharing. i have a Sony Vaio laptop with Windows Vista,a D link wireless router a linksys wireless game adapter hooked into ethernet fHR20.
I am using Tversity. Sometimes ot works and others it does not work. It shows Tversity running. I restart Tversity and go to media player and reset up to share with DVR;it then works for a short while. Any ideas on what to do?
I am not very good with computers;in fact I had someone come to my house to set this up.
Any advice would be much appreciated

Does the HR20 pass the network test?
There are several threads on Tversity in the HR20 resources forum, have you read them and verified your settings?
