Even though before I "moved" I confirmed that i would still get all the local NY RSNs an old devils game is now being blacked out on FSNY. Why is this? Do they black out the devils on FSNY if you live in Conn? i guess I may have to move back

Id be careful "moving" back so quickly you may trigger an audit of some sort.

Put in the zip code of where you moved here to verify what RSN's you should get.

I doubt he is the first person to try/do this sort of thing. D* won't do anything. Maybe I should try and move to Texas real fast so I can get those good adult channels.

Everything's fine, I said the CSR misunderstood me and they moved me back to my original address without a problem. I learned a lesson though, not to do this again

Based on the announcements over the last few months, of new customer service software they have been installing....
They will start to notice this WAY more often.

Earl, how so?

FSNY is interesting because they show both the Devils and Islanders games. When I had cable and lived in NJ, FSNY showed the Devils in my area and only showed the Islanders if the Devils were not playing. With Directv I get both the Islanders and Devils on FSNY and FSNY alternate when they are playing at the same time. It's possible that CT is in a blackout area for the Devils to protect the Islanders, but I'm not sure. YES network shows Nets games even up in northern CT.
