My current setup consists of a dual-LNB oval dish that's connected to a 2x4 multiswitch. Two of the lines from the multiswitch are connected to an R15 in the living room, and the other two lines are connected to a DirecTivo in the master bedroom.

I am considering adding another R15 to my account. I realize that I will need to have a new dish and multiswitch installed since the current ones are filled up. Are the new dish and multiswitch covered by the free installation or will they cost extra?

you wont get a new dish unless you get a HD DVR.

umm you should get a new multiswitch when you get the new R15 though. Make sure you tell them though when ordering. They will put it in the notes. I assume they'll give you a 4x8 switch. im not to sure on that though, cause for all i know they may just cascade another 2x4 off your current one.

They could also use a WB68 seeing those are stocked for AU9s.

You won't need a new dish for the SD DVR. You will only get a new dish of you go HD. They "should" install a free multiswitch when they install the new DVR. It would be best to make sure they note it on the order.
