This should be his 7th. He should have gotten it over Terry Pendleton in 1991 and Jeff Kent in 2000.

Not really too much of a surprise...
Did you notice Kent finished 6th in the voting?
It could also be said that hitting behind (and then in front) of Bonds is what made him such a great player, which seems to be the prevailing thought in the media.

Well we will find out about Kent next year since it seems like he wants too much money for the Giants to pony up...

Well his post-season play sure silenced this critic of his. Maybe there is a place in the Hall for him afterall. Of course, I think he belongs there even though he "may" take roids. :)
