Just looked at my bill for this month, and the Superfan has disappeared, is this normal?

July's bill

August's bill

Should I call them to see what is going on?

I would call them. The Super Fan needs to be showing on you account to get it.

Well I called, had to go through 2 CSRs, and got it back on. One said it was because I had new receivers installed, and they didn't add it back on. Eveyone make sure to look at their bill to be sure you still have it.
