Jim and Charlie...
Charlie is talking about Merger and Fcc, applied to go to court,
still very much interested in Merger..etc...That is why there are courts..to go to them...
Jim: Operational people continue to run business as usual...
Retailers still have to focus on the customer...
Charlie: Outlook is still positive..
They talking now about the "Thursday problem/glitch" - about 1% of Customer database..on 301s (i think)
Charlie: turned out to be about 100,000 people..Not as serious as we thought it will be...We are pretty lucky it doesn't happen often..Those things happen unfortuntatly...

Jim: Problem will not effect Customer accounts..
Team Summit - new products, technics, etc is scheduled now for May 1st - May 4th, Atlanta, Georgia..
