According to a post on DBSForums there are five new chinese channels coming. The will be in the 450 channel range on the 119 bird.

CCTV4, JAD E&W CMOV and TVBS

I really don't think we need more channels. I can't seem to find time to watch everything that I want to now. Picture quality is pretty weak. That should be addressed before adding more channels IMHO.

In fact, there are a few stations I could do without, but I guess others watch them, and DBS is a mass market provider, so everyone's interests need to be addressed. To me, the perfect DBS world would be void of all shopping channels, Lifetime, LMN, Oxygen, and WE, but I don't run the DBS world, so I just delete them from my guide and that seems to take care of it.
