The way I do it I would not call real easy but it's not real hard either, it is a little time consuming though.
I record it to a DVD disk (I have a DVD player/recorder) directly from my 622. I play this disk on my computer and record the individual songs to the hard disk with Audacity.
I have tried just using the audio out on my tv to line in on the computer, this is a lot easier but I lose a lot of audio quality doing it this way.
I haven't tried a direct connection from the audio out on my 622 to my computer, they are too far apart physically. This may or may not work better.

I have recorded it to my DVD rec. then put it in my computer DVD[ player only] and it would not play. What kind of program is Audacity? Thanks for the reply.

Assuming that there is not an incompatibility between your DVD rec. and your computer DVD player.... Even though you are after audio, the recording on the DVD is actually a video file so you have to use Windows Media Player or whatever program came with the DVD player in your computer to play it.
Audacity is an audio recording program. With an add in program it will produce a MP3 file from whatever is playing on your sound card/line in/microphone/etc.
The sound card is "Wave in Mix" in Audacity options.
Audacity is a free program, just Google "Audacity".
