No Guide Data on HR10-250?

I had the same problem with that model when I routed the HDMI output thru a switcher to my TV. When I connected directly, it got guide data. I know it doesn't make any sense why it would do that!

I've lost Guide Data and To Do List info once or twice on my HR10-250 and other Tivo-based DVRs. A reboot always fixes it.
