Hr20-100 Vs. Hr 600/ 700

I am a newbie to HR20-100 and have encountered nothing but problems with freeze ups since install a couple of weeks ago. What is the difference between the various models?

My HR20-100 was installed last Saturday and has frozen up Tue Wed and Thur, call D* all the times it froze. A new one is on the way but a "Reset All" seem to have done the trick.

Also as a note for new folks, there is no HR20-600. The only two HR20 models are the HR20-100 and the HR20-700.
