Signal problems

I have 2 Bell ExpressVu 3100 receivers connected through a dual LNB. On one receiver, if I view a channel on an odd numbered transponder, the other receiver loses all signal on channels on the odd transponders. If viewing on an even transponder, no issues. If i swap the lines at the LNB the same problem occurs but the other receiver loses its odd transponder signal. I bought 4 new LNBs over the last few weeks and the problem still occurs. Has anyone seen this problem and know how I may fix it.
