Buffalo local Channel 23 coming to Directv

I sent an E-mail to WIVB channel 4 in Buffalo who owns WNLO channel 23.

Here is the response I received.


It's coming soon. We have heard no definite date, but probably by Jan of
2003.

According to what I've seen ch23 will be on E* right away on the 21st.

I think D* was waiting for Channel 23 to become the UPN affiliate before retransmitting it's signal. Channel 23 will become the UPN affiliate on Jan 1, 2003.
