new to this forum and trying to interpret the significance of this info.

Does it mean that if these channels are being moved, means that they're being moved to HD?

Just moved. E* likes to bounce these channels around on different transponders to balance out the load. Since the HD RSNs are not full time they can put as many as they want on one transponder when they are not in use (all pointing to the Dish HDTV logo) but once content shows up there is a limit of how many channels can coexist.

The 360s are HD RSNs. E* placed the SD RSNs in the 400's.

All the HD RSNs are really mirrors of other channels. The actual content is on the HDSKD channels in the 5000 channel range. Dish essentially repoints the mirror to the correct "real" channel with the desired content.
