Apparently, I'm so looking forward to the new HD content, that I ACTUALLY had a dream that I turned on the TV and there were a ton of new HD channels available. I woke up giggling like a little kid.... :lol: :lol:

I too have had this dream. I am embarrassed that the channel that was in HD in my dream was TLC. . There is nothing wrong with TLC it's just that I don't normally watch TLC. But if it was in HD I bet I would watch it.

Oh dear. At least I'm not the only one who occasionally has satellite-oriented dreams. You have my sympathy.

I had a dream and it was a nightmare!

The national HD channels will be spread out over several satellites. I can only see the the new one at 103 here so I'll have to deal with the local cable company .. woke up drenched in a cold sweat! :lol:

This sounds like the nightmare shared by many Dish customers today... How many dishes does the normal HD Dish customer need at one time? :)

How many dishes does the normal HD Dish customer need at one time? :)Typically one dish looking at three or four slots. On the continental extremes, a second dish may be required/desired.

As TLC will be one of those "simulcast" channels, the content is essentially the same.

HD is still more attractive .. but I like a lot of whats on TLC :)
