Where can I get a laptop for cheap?

I need 4 laptops, and I have $600 each to spend on them.

The requirements:
1: dual core CPU (can be AMD Turion, Intel Core Duo, whatever).
2: Windows Vista (at least Home Premium)
3: at least 1 gig RAM
4: built in WiFi
5: Lightscribe DVD burner

Anyone know where I can get 4 of those for $600 each?

It doesn't list Lightscribe on the website, but it does in fact have it, so it met all my requirements for $150 less than I was hoping to pay...
