Showtime is still offering a $50 Toys R' Us gift card to new subscribers. You have to send copies of two billing statements dated between 9/2/02 and 3/1/03.

It does not look like it matters what provider you have. I noticed this in the DirecTV forum posted in early Sept. and assumed it was DirecTV only.
