Hello all. Is there a windows application that will show me the coordinates to align the different types of DirecTV dishes to the proper coordinates per zip code?
There are several programs for DISH, but was hoping DirecTV has one. Before you suggest that I use the one built into the receiver, I can't, because I am trying to align an older HD dish to a older SD receiver.

I'm not aware of any web site that provides alignment information for the newer 5-LNB DirecTV dishes.

I have a 3 LNB oval.

i assume then your receiver doesn't have a 3LNB setting? Post your Zip code and I can check it in my RCA

You can try this site:

Make sure you leave the locknuts loose on the dish (you wouldn't want to strip them), and you want to submerge any barrel connections into water so they don't dry out, and only use composite cables to connect to your tv, as they are certainly the way to go.
PS: I give Michigan fans this same advice too. :D
